I have a question regarding the WhatsApp Team Inbox in Heffl. Is it possible to set up roles or permissions for team members so that they cannot delete WhatsApp messages?
This functionality is essential for our business operations. If it is not currently available, could you please let me know if there are plans to implement it soon?

Oct 29, 2025A: Yes, it’s possible. Our permission sets let you control access, you can limit team members to only their assigned messages or remove their ability to view, edit, or delete WhatsApp chats.
