I've been using Heffl and I'm really happy with it.

What impressed me most is how well the CRM, project management and client portal work together. Instead of jumping between multiple tools, I can manage leads, convert deals into projects, track work, and handle client-facing documents from a single platform.

The interface is clean, easy to understand, and highly customizable. The automations, dashboards, and custom fields available in Tier 2 give plenty of flexibility.

I also appreciate the discussions I had with the support chat to know their roadmap, especially about future emails features.

Is it perfect? Not yet. Like any growing platform, there are still areas being refined. But the quality of Heffl, the pace of development, responsiveness of the team, and overall vision give me confidence that Heffl is moving in the right direction.
