Great concept but over promises and lacks delivery
I really like the vision of what Heffl is trying to deliver. However, my experience has left a lot to be desired. I've encountered several bugs that have made the platform difficult to use.
For example, the client portal login doesn't work and displays an error instructing users to contact the website owner. Unfortunately, there isn't anything I can do on my end to resolve it. I reported the issue to Heffl, but it has not yet been fixed. The only workaround I've been given is to provide clients with their direct portal link.
Additionally, despite documentation stating that LinkedIn integration is available, it has actually been discontinued and is no longer supported.
I think the platform has a lot of potential, but it still needs some stability improvements and better alignment between its documentation and current functionality.

You are right, portal login had an issue and it's fixed now. About LinkedIn integration, we had to pause it because of api limitations from their side, we will bring it back with a better version.
We are a small team shipping fast, bugs will be there but we fix them quickly. Documentation is getting a full revamp soon to match current functionality.
