The software is OK to navigate, but it's not always the most intuitive and has definitely a learning curve. The form builder is basic, but it won't offer many customizations. I set up email notifications to receive alerts when a form is submitted and when tasks are due, but haven't received any notifications for either.
In just a little bit of using it, I've run into several buggy behaviors, like the redirect delay not saving ("invalid input"), or adding a web tab also never saving (no error message, it just doesn't save).

The software seemed to have all I needed and more until I got to the point of linking LinkedIn to capture leads. Purchasing a license through AppSumo doesn't include one of the most important connections: LinkedIn. Instead, it's priced at an additional $12 per month.

One last thing: Reaching out for support is easy through chat. However, it sometimes takes a week to get a response.
