Could this finally be the organisation app I stick with?
I think I’ve tried more personal organisation apps than there are personal organisation apps in existence!
Lots are very similar. Some offer something different. Hello Aria is one of those, and it’s very, very close to what I need.
I particularly like getting reminders through WhatsApp. It’s something I already use throughout the day, so having reminders appear there makes sense for me. An organisation tool has a better chance if I actually remember to look at it!
There are still a few things missing that I’d normally expect, such as subtasks. Sometimes “sort the garage" is several steps, and I’d like to tick those off as I go.
I’d also like more control over the order of tasks and task lists. Certain things belong in my morning routine, and being able to rearrange them would make it easier to see what’s next.
I fed these suggestions back and received very quick responses. The team understood exactly what I meant and said they’d logged them for the roadmap. That doesn’t mean they’re available yet, but it’s encouraging to feel that your feedback is being heard.
I’ve hit a couple of bugs during early testing too, so I wouldn’t pretend everything is polished. What has impressed me is how willing the team has been to investigate and keep the conversation going.
My impression is that the founder really wants to improve this in ways that help people manage their lives. That matters to me, because I’m looking for something I’ll actually keep using.
Five tacos, partly for where it’s headed rather than just where it is today. There’s work to do, but this feels close enough to what I need that I want to stick with it and see how it develops.

Oct 3, 2026Thank you — this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us build the right thing.
The WhatsApp point is the heart of it: a tool only works if it meets you where you already are, and we're glad that's clicking for you.
You're right that subtasks and reordering aren't there yet. "Sort the garage" being one line when it's really five steps — and being able to arrange your morning routine in the order you'll actually do it — are both genuinely on our roadmap, not just polite acknowledgements. We can't give you a date yet, but they're logged and they're the kind of thing we want to get right.
And thank you for your patience with the rough edges during testing. We won't pretend it's all polished — but you've seen how we work: we'd rather dig in, stay in the conversation, and keep earning the "stick with it."
That's the whole goal — something you actually keep using. We're glad you're along for it.
