I bought this one, than bought anychat for more features, refunded it mistakenly and then bought it back again keeping anychat too.....The helploom is not just a good looking support interface for me, but a life of my website.....I have not used its knowledge base yet, but its look on my website is amazing. specially its intutive popup with cross function at top and sliding movement of circle to anywhere in screen. I literally did not able to sleep post refund and bought it again. I hope my entire life of website will continue with this helploom. Only thing is if I can integrate it to multichannel including whatsapp, fb etc.
