Slow support, unresolved query, ignored problems.

Edit:
In their reply to this review, they mentioned that they have confirmed that my questions are answered, so they marked the question as resolved. I think this is inaccurate because I asked about immediate resync or being able to update the help center document immediately, so that part was completely ignored. They replied about how to add sources. I have already read how to add sources. Without actually understanding my problem or giving me a chance to reply to their pseudo-automated messages and marking it resolved?.

Now, either they fail to understand the actual problem, or they just try to quickly resolve a conversation. That is wrong, and this is a help chat support software. There should be an indication of which days they are available. Otherwise, how is this helpful for us? Even in the chat widget, they could actually declare this. In fact, in their software, they have availability features. If they have configured that, then I should have seen that they are available on these days, right? Either they configured that, their software is buggy so that I did not see, or they did not configure at all. Either way, this is wrong to justify in that sense.

Initial Review:
First of all, the product has high potential, especially the AI, and with AppSumo's coverage to send unlimited messages, it is pretty good.

A few things have blocked me. For my application, there are different tenants, and each tenant has a subdomain. Now, I see that the widget section does not support wildcard. I think this is much more needed. Perhaps, even if wildcard is not allowed, API support for a domain would have been a nice solution for now. For example, we could send an API request whenever there's a new workspace being provisioned in our application. Considering the wildcard support is not there, I don't know why, but I think wildcard support can easily solve this problem.

Another point is that there is no immediate resync trigger. There is an interval, maybe weekly or monthly, so that is okay. What if I have updated some documents and I want those to be resynced right now so that the AI sending messages sends updated information? Now, the problem is that I have noticed, even when I have tried deleting previous resources, which is also hectic because there is the multi-delete option, I had to delete around 20 links one by one. Then I had to add 20 more links one by one. This is something that can also be improved.

But it is true that their support informed me they will talk with their developer team so that this multi-delete option can be added later, but that is not the point. They are trying to just conclude this conversation, whereas my actual question was: there is no immediate resync trigger.

Now, if you are not trying enough to understand your customer's problem, and even when those words are in the message, then it is like ignoring the customer query, and that is the problem. Not having the feature is not the problem, nor is having me click 20 times. The problem is poor customer support.

I understand that this product is quite new, and a lot of things might be in the plan or roadmap as I am writing this review. Even this can happen that both of my issues are already covered in the roadmap. You see, the main problem is the communication. I have been trying to reach out. I use their support chat, but I see that they do not reply. It says, "Typically replies within minutes." It is false. They reply after 12 or 13 hours, 10 hours. After replying, they automatically resolve the conversation so that I have to start a new one. I have made a complaint or made a suggestion. They have replied. How does it resolve the thing? You have to get my view or my final words before marking it resolved. It's not like the response was left for days. You literally replied after 10 hours and then marked it resolved, like you felt it was resolved. I think this has to be improved as well.

And I did try to send a new message, but despite being in similar time zones, I am not getting replies. Forget about minutes, maybe not in hours. It's not like I have found issues and I came here for a bad review. No, I have tried to communicate twice, but I have found that either the support is ignored or, I don't know, I think this is something I cannot continue with.

Other than that, I think if there is more time or focus allocated to support, then this product can be very good.
