Why can't I offer free tickets?. Like family reunions? I do not want to make money on some events. Will I still be charged per ticket the 5%

Can Hexafair be integrated with BD so that my members and their visitors don't have to leave the directory to attend any virtual event? If possible then I will be interested.

17. Regarding the registrations if 2,000 attendees register over 3 different months 500, 500 & 1000 would there be a charge or would they be classed as included in the allocation?
Ans: Per month allocation is mentioned in the different plans available. Organisers of the event, have to select their plans according to the expected number of attendee registrations.

18. Do you also have API or webhooks integration?
Ans: Not allowed inside app sumo plans

19. Can we bulk register and just send the attendees, the event URL to join direct?
Ans: The organiser can bulk register, upload those registration details to the platform using ‘user data import feature’ and send the attendees, the event URL to join direct.

20. Is customised Event registration page possible?
Ans: We offer WordPress Plugins which is free. You can have these registrations forms plugin installed at your WordPress event website. We also offer embeddable code for registration. The code can be embedded in any website for registrations.

21. What are the integrations for live-streaming (for conference facility) available?
Ans: Vimeo.com, Mux.com, YouTube, DaCast, Wistia are the live-streaming service providers that can be integrated.
StreamYard, Flutin Live, restream.io – You can use their Youtube Channel output and add YouTube livestreaming in our platform as an input for streaming.

22. Does HexaFair has RTMP OUT in order to send my stream for multi-stream to different platforms?
Ans: We don’t offer custom RTMP out since we are not livestreaming providers. It is possible through mux.com

23. Will it be possible to stream to Facebook, Youtube pages directly from HexaFair?
Ans: Yes. All the livestreaming provides we support offer streaming into social profile pages

24. Does this software include the ability to record or livestream? I'd like to Livestream my business networking events.
Ans: It is offered by the livestreaming providers Mux, Vimeo, DaCast

25. 10 hours limit on a live event: this is really not acceptable for virtual shows which typically last 3-4 days.
Ans: 10 hours limitation is for Tier-1 plan. upto 3 days (72 hours) is part of Tier-2, 120 hours (5 days) is part of Tier-3 plan.

26. Can we get Brand removal?
Ans: In Tier-3 plan, removal of HexaFair powered by logo included.

27. How much the additional booths cost? is it 60$ or 40$
Ans: We have reduced the additional booth costs to 40$ now.

28. Custom domain supported?
Ans: No. We don’t offer custom domain support as part of AppSumo deal for events platform. However, we offer FREE WordPress plugin for event promotional websites and attendee registration form (WordPress Plugin and Embeddable code)

In the HexaFair website pricing page, there are many plans available. But, why only Virtual Events Small package covered in AppSumo plans?
Ans: Virtual Events are popular format and most demanded. We have taken up that plan and tired up.

Ans: Though the conference (sessions) offered by everyone is the same, the venue (environment) offered by HexaFair is in 3D and Virtual Booths are special with more features that are value added to your event sponsors.

3. What is the difference between HexaFair and other competitors?
Ans: The virtual environment is in complete 3D (Immersive experience) whereas the competitors like Hopin, Airmeet & others offer 2D experiences.

4. Can I change the plan after enrolling into one plan?
Ans: Yes, the subscription can be downgraded/upgraded plan any time during the AppSumo promotion is active.

5. Can ticketing and ticketing packages for event attendees’ registration be included?
Ans: Available in the Enterprise plan. Pls contact our sales team.

6. What are the virtual booth features included in the packages?
Ans: Exhibitor virtual booths include the features of exhibiting documents, videos, business card information, chat with booth visitors, posters & logos.

7. What are the networking options available with the packages?
Ans: Attendees can interact with fellow attendees by viewing their business cards and initiate text conversations

8. Will you offer on-boarding training?
Ans: All on-boarding training and training materials will be shared with the subscribers that enables them to manage their events on their own

9. Can we avail live event day support from HexaFair team?
Ans: Live dedicated team support during the live event cost additionally. This can be availed upon discussion with our sales team as our sales team will take through the procedures; and prior booking in the calendar for support team, say 7 working days before the live event day.

10. Can we get pre-event and post-event support from HexaFair team?
Ans: Support from the HexaFair team can be sought by sending a mail to support at hexafair.com on your queries.

11. Could we get training videos for uploading content into the platform?
Ans: It is available in our website at www.hexafair.com/academy, or you will get a mail carrying details upon subscription.

12. Can I do multiple events at the same time?
Ans: Yes

13. Do you provide a version for mobiles as more and more people use their phones to connect?
Ans: Yes. It comes up with iPhone and Android mobile apps.

14. Is the attendee list can be hidden?
Ans: Attendee list can be hidden from other attendees by disabling the networking feature, so that information privacy is maintained

15. Any limit for numbers of exhibitors?
Ans: Though our Virtual Events small supports maximum 10 exhibitors (booths), we extend AppSumo deal to support upto 30 exhibitors per event

I mean each workshop? Like banners, brands, logos etc?
