HexaFair: The capacity is 30 booths. But, in your plan, pls check how many booths included. the rest of the usage will be billed additionally at 40$ per booth.

Can multiple people be in a booth video chatting with a vendor?
HexaFair: Video calling chat feature is not part of AppSumo plan.

Can presenters use pre-recordings?
HexaFair: Pre-recorded or live, it is their choice.

How stable is the platform (I have a conference coming up with 1000 people)?
HexaFair: The platform can handle even 10000 concurrent users. It is auto scalable.

In 2 years I have a conference with 10,000 people, will it ever be possible to do something with that many?
