Chat no longer works
The chat no longer works. This pops up whenever you try to chat..
"Our chat is currently experiencing issues and messages may not be delivered. Please refresh the website and try again."
Sad to see no more updates being done for the product. AppSumo should take this off the marketplace.

Link to website working again
Hi everybody,
I complained about the problems with this app and Appsumo contacted the developer and fixed the broken link. Everything should hopefully be back to normal now.

not working anymore
Hello Appsume
This platform is not working anymore. We did not get any support at all anymore. Their own chat system is not working anymore the same way ours is not working anymore.
Please take this off your list and maybe even reimburse everybody that bought the lifetime deal ...

Long load time
Unfortunately similar experience like many others ... the key thing is long load time. Had to remove it from my website due to the impact of loading.

I would like to express my concern.
While this great app was clearly written and supported at one time by English speaking devs, it now seems clear that that is no longer the case. The updates and offers I get from them are full of grammatical errors and appear only to seek to get more AS buyers.
It's like a loop between "no support" and continuous marketing at the lowest level of apparent ability.
Please prove me wrong or let me buy the operation and bring in a qualified support and development team.
