Fundamentally Flawed! Biggest Disappointment
Support gets back to you "within a day" writing messages to your client don't get email notifications, only the proposer does. The mini intro video overlays the chat box so you can't communicate, buggy UI, even their own video sample doesn't load on occasion because of "video to large" other times it loads but with out sound. the client has no idea that you have sent messages without clicking on the actual room and opening the chat function, i can see you sending the client messages and they won't have clue, the analytics are do not work, you can spend all day looking at the proposal but say the client spent 0 minutes looking at it,

You can upload Video of 15MB for Video Narration, as narrations are small intros, if you're trying to upload too long video it will show this error, large videos usually loads slowly and affect performance of the webpage.
