Heybase caught my eye right away when it first launched on Appsumo and I have spent a lot of time exploring all of its features. This is a great product and the creators are listening to feedback so well that it has evolved so rapidly in a short amount of time and continues to become better.

I am giving 4 tacos instead of 5 for three reasons:

1. They mentioned about a passcode with the magic link in the past but this is not the case right now - anyone can view the room if they have the link. There is no passcode feature and ANYONE can get the magic link by just adding their email address. This is great for getting leads but not so much if you only want select people to enter the room.

2. When you are making changes to the room (adding and removing content), it gets updated automatically (like every few seconds). This means that if your prospect/client happens to be in the room while you are updating it, they can see what you are doing - I think this will be unacceptable for many users. There is an active/inactive room feature, however, it is currently not working (it does nothing) so I don't know if this will address the concern.

3. The email notification feature sends A LOT of emails and I am hoping there will be an option to minimize this, especially the notifications that go to the prospects/clients/guests.

I am hoping the creators will do something about the above concerns. Overall, I think this is a great app with many many useful features and the Tier 2 is very generous.
