At first sight, Heybase was expected to be used for sales activities, but going deeper in the product description and using the trial on heybase.io, I was able to play with it and it appeared that ... it can be used for post sales too.

My use case is quite simple : create digital room for Customer success. One room per client, where we will store the whole info about the projects, financials and operational, planning and roadmap, ticketing system to drive the client to use the ticketing system instead of sending emails to my CSMs.

So, for my use case, Digital Sales Rooms are Digital Customer Success Rooms, the perfect way to create a dedicated "universe" for my clients. A great bonus for customer success, because yes we dedicate digital rooms for them. Cheery on the cake; we love them, we take care of them, they will love us !

Heybase has a great UI, UX is great too, lot of blocks. Some additinnal features will be appreciated such as moving sections, creating custom templates, adding some formatting for text and adding image in tables, but I'm pretty sure these add-ons will come as part of their roadmap.

A really great product that won't be refund. Several usages, for pre and post sales. And even for lot of other use cases not necessarily link to sales.
