Lovely design but AI Bot Integration is restrictive
Really like the design and functionality so far and can see a lot of use cases to send custom proposals to people.
However the usecase that is going to be standard very soon is embedding a chat bot with the company information, but I am concerned about how Heybase are limiting any embeds apart from their own chatbot.
Please Heybase team recognise that AI dev is going so fast, and companies will have their own custom & complex AI Chatbot solutions connected to their own databases that can't be replicated with the one you are developing with just adding a Google doc etc.
Please consider using AI in a different way and at least don't restrict embeddings in here or you will cannibalise your own audience.
Otherwise I think it looks great and I can see a lot of use cases for it.
Please pay attention to the feedback you're getting here and about customer service as I'm sure it will serve you very well as you scale. Good luck, look forward to growing with you guys.
