Support Needs Improvement
I tried to update the email address on my account, but the support experience was disappointing. The first time, Karan responded and asked for my AppSumo invoice, which I sent, but I have never heard back since last year. I reached out again to [email protected], but still received no reply. It feels like the company is no longer active. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this product to other Sumolings.
