Heyy is really slick and looks like one of those appsumo products that is going somewhere, the UI and onboarding is nice and responsive.
My main request would for the ability to add extra users and AI agents for a price per month, I have tier 3 and when I need more users I won't pay 499 a month to move up, I would end up moving. I was thinking something like $10 per user and $5 per AI agent per month is a win win for everyone, and then maybe you can offer byok if you have revenue from extra users.
Regarding the other review I also noticed that for multiple brands it's not so ideal out of the box but I think it's great if you have one team inbox per brand, however there needs to be the option to automatically map a channel to a team inbox without using up an automation credit.
Also as other have mentioned a one time fee to remove branding would also be nice.

I bought the tier 3 plan and tested some features. It looks clean and easy to navigate. Although it needs improvements but still i am giving 5 stars with hope that the founders and team will make it a world class tool.
Here are some limitations and problems I faced.
1. When I am trying to add a task to an ai employee with trigger automations action, i found it is not able to find the Live automations.
2. I am not sure how will I know when I get messages or any activity on my account? A Mobile app or custom notification is very important.
3. The credit of 5000 per month is too less. I think for initial users who are investing time and money to this tool should get little more credits. I understand the business aspect but 5k credit seems less.
4. I couldn't find any roadmap page.
5. I am afraid and concerned about this tool doesn't become a spamming tool with cold email outreach, spammy dm outreach etc.
6. When I am clicking on a contact it should open the slide on the right. Currently i have to go the extreme right and click the small button or dots and do some steps to view or edit the contact fields.
7. I am little unsure about why this tool looking good and doesn't have any reviews yet. Also no youtube channel. Because I have seen so many tools that looks so good but after the appsumo deal, they disappear and stop improving the tool. I hope the founders of this tool are serious enough to make it a world class tool.
8. I have 2-3 different brands. And adding all the channels inside same workspace looks confusing. There should be subspace or different workspace for each brand. For cleaner look and feel.
9. I bought this for b2c customers. Not in b2b. So for people who want to use it for Instagram comment to dm, dm reply with preset messages without involving AI. The credit should more in these uses. When ai is involving with conversation the credit should consume.
For my 2-3 brands with instagram, facebook comment, dm... 5000 monthly credit seems less

Looking promising and So much potential.
