Q: We ask candidates to submit a portfolio (usually a url) or a writing sample.
Is there a way to allow two types of fields? Otherwise, how would we do this? One or the other needs to be required. Maybe dropdown or checkbox with conditional logic?

Yes - each job post can have multiple questions.
These questions can have one of the following types of responses:
Standard Responses
1. Single-line text
2. Numbers
3. Links/URLs
4. Checkboxes
5. Multiple Choice (Radio button)
6. Dropdowns
7. Dates
And Media Responses
8. Video
9. Screen Recording
10. Audio
11. Rich text responses.
We don't have conditional logic - but when one of the response types is chosen - we validate the answers to see if they match the response type requested.
