OK, Ok, I admit it, I didn’t really take much notice of this history App until earlier today but, boy am I glad I did.

As I launched by video editing software it alerted me that I could upgrade for just $49 for the annual maintenance plan and get the latest version of the software FREE for 2019 and FREE for 2020 so, how could I resist?

I got to the checkout page where it alerted me to the fact that I needed to change my password before I checked out, due to security reasons. As I clicked the settings button I was taken away from the update page with aforementioned amazing offer.

But, when I wanted to return to that same page, the pop up that informed me originally about the upgrade didn’t appear. So I wrote to the support desk and asked them for the URL.

“The only one we have is this one”, came the reply. It was for the FULL $100+ price for the software upgrade.

I wrote back and informed them that they had given me the wrong one. “No, that’s the only deal we know about … it’s an upgrade price”.

Enter this History App. I suddenly remembered that I’d installed it. In seconds I found the page and purchased the whole video editor upgrade kit for just $49.
