I'm very sorry to hear that. We haven't seen this issue before or heard it from any other users, so I'm guessing it is a special case.
But we want it to work for everyone, so could I get you to write to me in the support channel (just use the chat in the corner of the editor). The I'll do everything I can to help you find the issue and get it fixed.

And once again, I'm very sorry you've experienced this. But I'm sure we can fix it for you and actually a new version of our image tracking will be deployed next week which will make tracking even better than it is right now, so maybe your bug will disappear once that is out.
