I can honestly say that Lorenzo is the main reason I’m sticking with and actively using HoneyLogs now. He guided me through the entire setup process, even taking the time to help during the weekend.
But there’s more to it than that. When I set it up, it was like a wake-up call—it made me realize my website really needed some changes. It felt like I’d been sleeping in a bed of snakes: warm, gross, and honestly terrifying once you see who’s actually visiting your site. Bots, fake users, and spammy IPs were all there!
This made me realize I need to fix this problem ASAP.
By the way, the setup was easier than I expected (still took a lot to wrap the concept around the head and then implement it at first but now I know what to expect going forward), and this was the first time I moved my namserver to Cloudflare.
To sum it up, HoneyLogs not only shows me which bots are visiting but also gives me a way to tackle that big question every SEO and GEO expert wonders about: how can I optimize my site’s visibility? Highly recommended, and thank you Lorenzo for all you help!

Hi Andrew, I’m really happy you’re enjoying the tool and that it can serve as an useful power-up to your business! Helping you get set up was a pleasure.
I loved the "bed of snakes" comparison. I agree: it’s scary, but honestly that moment of seeing who's really on your site is the most valuable part. Now you know, and you can do something about it 💪
Much more useful than I expected, but there’s a learning curve
I bought Tier 1 expecting a dashboard of which AI bots were hitting my site. What I actually got was visibility into things I'd never seen before: whether Googlebot has found an article I just published, traffic HoneyLog identifies as Fake Human despite normal-looking browser user agents, and a world of 404s I rarely see in GA4.
The report builder is the standout feature. Instead of "Googlebot visited 9 times," I can ask which URLs, which status codes, and how long each request took. That's saved me from a couple of wrong conclusions already, including one case where 12 requests to an article turned out to all be Fake Human once I filtered by bot.
Two honest gripes. Onboarding is rough: I hit an unclear "waiting for aggregation" message with no sense of how long to expect, and ended up contacting support. HoneyLog is also much better at showing you what happened than telling you what to do about it. If you're comfortable digging into the data, that's fine. If you want a tool that hands you the next steps, it's not there yet.
I'm keeping Tier 1. It's already surfacing insights I'm not getting anywhere else in my stack, and the 60-day return window gives you time to let HoneyLog prove its value on your own site before deciding.
