Broken

Posting to Instagram and X has been broken for months. Reached out many times. And while the customer service rep is very nice, all they keep offering is "we're working on it". Now as of this week posting to Threads and Tik Tok has broken as well.

I wish I returned this product

I gave it a shot and it felt like a huge waste of money.

I did my best to use it and train my team on it, but it was unreliable- I guess because I mostly post on a few social media apps daily.

Basically the product simply did not work.

Was so great!

I honestly REALLY liked this product for the first few months after purchase but it has been so buggy lately I am wondering if it was a mistake. They have promised to delete old posts from our history to free up drive space but it takes WEEKS to do so. Also, right now I can't reschedule reels or see all my drafts at this point. I really hope they get it together, but right now I can't recommend it. If they can get it back to where it was I will be a happy camper.

Waste of Money

I was using hopper and I was really happy.
In the last months everything slow down and it become unuseful and a complete waste of money.

Great app with promise

I jumped on this deal because of who the creators were. I knew their work from their other LTD Waybook - another stellar app. I knew the user experience, interface, functionality, etc would all be high quality and also that useful features would keep coming. My team likes the mobile app, the ease of use, and the posting permissions to ensure not everyone can post.

My only disappointment/critique is their slow speed developing the Threads integration (as of this post still not available) and also some functions are still clunky (ie. can't plan post content without uploading a photo first and the mobile glitches). Overall highly recommended! For an app in its infancy, it's got a lot of promise.
