do I pay for the extra users only. I saw you are mentioning abandoning the deal which is I dont think is far.
So if I get the top tier, and I need 8 users. Will I pay for 1 user monthly, or all of the 8 users?

So the way it should work is that if you're on the same plan but just adding more users, then you'll just pay the difference. If you're trying to upgrade to an entirely new plan like Hubstaff Desk, then in that case, you will be abandoning the Appsumo deal and would be paying for all users on the new plan.

I'd like to know this too.
From the comments it looks like we have to move off the LTD to a paid plan and then pay for ALL the users, not just the additional ones we need. That's definitely no bueno; I'd prefer to pay ad-hoc for additional users - especially given that their user limit seems low.
I'm not really interested in their Task app but the Time app has my attention so I'll be watching this quite closely.
