    Hubstaff is a time tracking, employee monitoring, and project management software for managing in-house and remote employees.

    When employees install mobile and desktop apps on their devices, Hubstaff tracks their activities and informs you how much time it takes them to finish a project. This data helps you better estimate how much time your employees take to finish a project and predict the time required to complete future projects.

    You can also add the time manually if employees forget to turn on the app or don’t want to install it.

    Automated attendance with GPS tracking informs you when employees arrive late, leave early, or miss a shift completely. It also helps you see what routes employees are taking to work.

    Employees can request time off from their apps, and you can review and choose to approve or deny them from the dashboard. You can use the integrations with PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer to automate payroll. It also integrates with 30+ accounting, invoicing, and project management software.

    Set employee activity goals, and Hubstaff will automatically monitor employee activity and share KPIs and workday summaries. The Proof of Work features will monitor apps used, URLs visited, and even take screenshots.

    Employee Scheduling allows you to set schedules for employees. The calendar view lets you see the upcoming shifts of all employees. You can use this along with the data for employee availability and plan shifts. You can even set breaks within the schedules. Hubstaff will automatically monitor these shifts and share a daily email summary.

    Use agile project management to break big projects into smaller sprints. You can use 40+ templates to manage different projects such as bug tracking, blog management, and event planning. The Kanban and Timeline views make it easy to flow through the project. You can also automate some of the workflows on the Kanban board.
