Regarding loading times... it's a bit complex. Yes, loading template preview images takes time, and we've optimized that in an update being deployed now with a bunch of other optimizations, hopefully, significant ones but we'll see. There are numerous other things we can improve that we know about, which will be dealt with in the coming week or so.
There's no technical or practical reason you couldn't add storage allotments. Any upload into the library or cards (or later audio/video comments), would be counted against the member; hence the administrator they were created by. In the scheme of things, it wouldn't be overly difficult, so I'll add it to the draft notes on the feature.
Q: There is neither an option to export nor import boards to different extensions, such as Markdown or Miro.
I have bought the out of campaign version and I'm already thinking about a return unless you do something about it.
A miserable export to .pdf format is not serious and much less professional, with that we do NOTHING.

Q: hi regarding the load times of boards could it be partially due to just loading hundreds of templates and assets ?
if so a lazy load implementation might help or only load templates when requested.
