Q: Log in difficulties and need to change password/email details

Hello,
I signed up to Humata over a year ago and I have just got a question about my log-in details. I’ve sent a couple of emails seeking assistance but have been ghosted.

The issue is I cannot seem to log-in using my email address and I've been subscribed to Humata AI for a year now. When I signed up, I believe that I used my personal email address , but now I suspect that the email address I used to sign up was my email account for my former workplace.

Therefore any attempts I make to change my password would not even work as the email address that the change password link would be sent to that email address, which has been deactivated since January 2025.

I'd like to move my account across to my personal email address.
