Q: hypeIndex completely down OMG
It has been down for weeks if not months... If the service is not working the I should be getting a refund... It's merely a few months into the purchase and this happened.... Would AppSumo Team look into this???

Thanks for acknowledging this issue. Do you have an estimated time on when to expect the service to be up? I'm sure many of us like to know the target estimates. Currently there is not even a notification or any email disseminated to inform the clients about it.

We are very sorry for this situation. We know our responsibility, and we will bring better value to all of our users. The problem we faced was a bit bigger than we thought, and we are developing the system in a different language, so it will be much more robust and valuable.
