And, just because it offers some sort of "AI" doesn't guarantee it works and/or will survive in a very crowded and hyped-up (pun intended market!).

OMG is still not working???
The website is basically blank, no graphs no nothing, Nothing is working. Promised for a fix since April but nothing. Please clarify with all the appsumo users here.

Appears to no longer be working
This app appears to no longer be working. Maybe they have gone out of business? The last news articles that can be found are from the middle of February 2025. Attempts to contact support go unanswered. It was a decent enough tool when it was working.

Not usable at the moment.
I tried a couple of times over the past year, which was not bad, and I felt it could be useful to complement my research. However, after making a recent purchase, I noticed that the database, articles, and indexes have not been updated since January 18. I raised this issue with support, but I have not received a response yet. Therefore, I requested a refund.
PS: Since I’m unable to comment, I’m including this as an edit. I appreciate the straightforward and honest approach of allowing this review to get posted, even with its errors and me giving one star. I’m open to giving HypeIndex another try in the future once the database issues are resolved. While it’s not functioning properly at the moment, I believe the concept holds great promise.
