Scam Company

I have noticed companies setup before on Amazon AWS and when credits run out just shut down. The software worked out before, but I don't like being scammed. This is common practice of new companies to use AWS and then shut down for no reason. APPSUMO needs to do a better job vetting these companies.

Platform Shutdown Email Notice

I also received the same notice in my email about the platform shutdown.
Like the previous reviewer stated...to me this software worked great for what I need.
I just learned the software last week and this week get the notice, crazy!

I haven't found another interactive video software like it with such simplicity.

they must've not been ready to launch. This was a true gem to begin with and i hate to see it goes as i made plans to use this in my social media marketing!

Welp I guess that's how the cookie crumbles

My rating has nothing to do with the software. The software is 5 Tacos but the fact that it's disappearing for good directly after the purchase, i'm giving the support only 3 Tacos!

Man I wish your team was prepared for this breach...small investment, huge loss!

Platform shutdown

I recieved this email today- It is unfortunate because the app worked seamlessly before. I liked this app

My email said :

"Dear customer,

We regret to inform you that our video platform will cease operations on June 25th due to a recent security breach involving our AWS servers. Despite our best efforts to rectify the situation we have been unable to fully secure our infrastructure and must therefore make the difficult decision to suspend our services.

We kindly ask that you export your videos to your personal devices or cloud storage services before June 25th to ensure that you do not lose any valuable content. Instructions on how to export your videos can be found on our website and our support team is available to assist you with any questions you may have during this process.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and deeply regret that we are unable to continue providing you with the service you have come to rely on.
Your trust and support have meant a lot to us and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to have served you.

Thank you for your understanding and for the trust you have placed in us over the years.

Not as advertised - garbage

This app does not work; the software cuts the user off by suddenly requesting a broken verification, with no response and no rectification. Read the reviews and questions here, and you will see the theme this is not isolated. It is by far my worst deal and experience with an app sumo deal.

Can't get past the registration page. No customer service

I have tried to redeem my code and I get an error message when it "sends" the email. One message says, "Check your inbox to verify account", but then in the corner it says there was an error. I sent a message via their chatbox, no response. I sent an email. No response. I clicked on forgot password, got the same error message. Received an auto-email from them and started to get a drip campaign from them as if I'm a new user, but no way of logging in. The password I used to setup the account doesn't work. Trying to reset the password doesn't work. Can't get a response from them that isn't automated. So, at this point, I give them 1 taco (would be less) because I can't get past the registration page and can't get in touch with anyone for help. I'm fairly certain this is going to be a refunded purchase soon as I only have 12 days left to "try it out".
