Not good - going to get a refund
So I bought the deal and was really looking forward to it.
I registered as per Appsummo details.
Waited for the confirmation email.
Received a welcome email.
Tried to have the website send another confirmation email, but it gave an error message.
I tried chatting with the help bot.
It counldn't understand basic questions.
Got frustrated.
Replied to the welcome email. Still waiting for them to reply.
Remembered the different negative reviews and thought....
Will be asking for money back in 24 hours!!!
Not a good start.
Actually you know what, I'm going to ask for my money back now, I don't have the patients for incompetency like this.

Nevertheless, sometimes when using the same email address as your trial account, problems to log in or redeem your code in Appsumo may arise.
