Find and click the mission you want to share
Click the Share button in the top right-hand corner
Add existing members to the mission audience
Set access for each member or team
Optional: Add a shareable link to invite Guests to join the mission
HOW MIGHT YOU make things so that the Guest arriving through that "shareable link" can comment on ideas, post new ideas and rate existing ideas **without being forced to create a password**? I totally support that the guest provide an email address (for identification of each unique guest arriving via link) , but I think being asked to create a password is a big turn off to the casual visitor "Guest". Thanks.

May 14, 2024A: Hi,
At this time, it's not possible to submit ideas without adding an email and a password. This is, however, something we are working on as we want to allow for submissions without signing up and completely anonymous submissions.
This functionality is still work-in-progress so it's too early for us to commit to a release date just yet.
All the best,
Morty

I'm sure you guys are smarter than me, but if it helps... You could take the unique email address of a visitor/Guest and auto-email a one-time-use temporary password to that email address. This helps make sure the person controls the email address he claims to have. Any visitor/Guest who finds himself coming back more than a few times to the mission or to IdeaNote will get tired of requesting those one-time-use temporary passwords and choose to sign up for a proper account with user-selected password. Thanks.
