There are a lot of great reviews here, and the webinar replay is well worth watching. I highly recommend it. But I wanted to focus on the one reason I want a tool like this–Culture.

My consulting business focuses on the cultural aspect of businesses, outwardly with branding, inwardly with business culture. Each culture is unique, but one aspect of all great businesses is having a method for innovation. Other software I've seen brags of a robust powerhouse with everything your need, from collecting ideas to full prototyping, project integrations, calendars and the like. But I've seen the learning curve is too steep for anyone who isn't in the tech bubble of a company; and the flow is off. This software focuses on ideation and I really appreciate how they do that.

The main thing with making culture is 'togetherness' and the catalyst for innovation is "ideas". This software lays at that cross-section.

The learning curve isn't too hard for guests to get (there's a lot more you have to think through as the Admin with some great analytics). Apart from getting ideas I see two things this will do in regards to impact,
1) Buy-in from employees/team: When people feel heard, especially when their ideas are used, they feel more valued and Employers see a less turn around rate. This software makes it easy to get those ideas and give credit where credit is due.
2) Fosters an innovative work culture. The biggest lament I hear from bosses struggling to rally their employees is their employees just don't "think", or are talented but "not smart". Every time this has to do with the kind of culture that boss is making, not the employees. When you make it normal for people to think regularly about how to innovate and improve things...you begin to regularly see innovation and improvements.
