what is the difference between tier 3 and the new early adopter plan? why do I need it if until now everything was "unlimited". what other features you added exclusively to the app at that level?

A: Good day! For the Tier 3 there is no advantage in swithcing to Early Adoper plan, unless you are willing to support the team with the recurring revenue stream. This is mostly an upgrade offer for the other Tiers. I would consider 4000 pins / month being pretty close to unlimited.
AppSumo users are now applied a limitation on the number of pins they can add to their account. What used to be "unlimited" is no longer. Is the new limit reset on a monthly basis or it is a "max number of pins" for the Tier one is in?
After 5-6 months IKI removed my all saved libraries. I don't know why they removed my all private libraries. I am using that to get quick answer from official sources.
Even their support team is too slow and not providing proper solution. UI related issue I reported 2-3 times but still no activity performed.
They just grab the new customers from this(AppSumo) platform and then leave it everything on customer.

Due to the major update in IKI and the addition of Team Spaces, some small bugs have occurred. We have already fixed most of them, and today we are rolling out the final updates.
Regarding your case with the library, our technical team is working on a separate fix. The library is safe and intact, it just isn’t displaying in the dashboard without a forced page refresh.
