- Where is your server based?
Frankfurt

- Where is your head office based?
We have headquarters in US, Argentina, Brazil and Europe. Our European customers' data is only accessed by our Europe headquarters.

- Where is the Company and Product Originally from?
Founders are from Argentina, but the Company is remote-first with employees from different countries. Product was and is built by the whole startup.

- What is your background in security?
This one takes longer to answer. In the past we have built many things. In terms of security, maybe the highlight is having build a Decentralized Data Marketplace for which we used blockchain and many off-chain resources to achieve decentralization. This implied years of research and development, but also going through many security audits to ensure no data could be breached.

- Is CNAME, Whitelabel and SMTP included?
Whitelabel yes. Mails are sent from our domain only for now, but we will improve this in the future.

- Are there any caps to create Family, Students, Department, Team, Clients, Users sub accounts?
Right now you can add to your account as many users as you want. We don't have limited seats.

- Is premium lifetime support included and what is your SLA?
We answer as fast as we can. Chats in couple of hours, tickets in 1-3 days. Questions in AppSumo have been overwhelming but we have almost caught up.

- Are all plan future features, updates and upgrades included?
We are improving our platform everyday! This means fixing stuff but also adding new features. Since our platform is not only a consent management solution, we cannot guarantee that future "sub-products" will be included as well.

- Will you send our Department, team, clients etc in any form nags or promotion(s) directly or indirectly?
No, communication is restricted only to the use of our platform. No promotions or anything not related to what you need to do to keep your account in good shape!

- Are there any upsells or catches?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can also purchase specific features of bigger plans if you don't want to make the whole upgrade. No catches.

- I saw your comment with regards to unlimited for Designers and Agencies adding a 4 Stack. Please provide us with an update.
We are not offering unlimited domains within AppSumo's standard Tiers, but you can purchase them if you have already bought Tier 3.
