Mr. Rodrigo Irarrazaval and Illow sold us a “lifetime” license on AppSumo, took our money, and less than two years later sold the product to BidID. That’s not a pivot — it’s a bait-and-switch. We funded their development in good faith and were promised a permanent product for a one-time payment. Instead we were left with broken trust and uncertainty about the tool we paid for.

This behavior hurts customers, partners, and small businesses who relied on a lifetime commitment. It’s unacceptable for founders to treat early supporters as disposable.

I, along with our partners, clients, and the community around us, will blacklist Illow, Rodrigo Irarrazaval, and DEFINITELY BidID, and we will avoid any products or companies associated with them. I will also be leaving reviews on Trustpilot and sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions. Be prepared to face the consequences of how you handled your first customers.
