I purchased this tool last year and haven't used it in sometime now. I switched my account to my other email and went to login into it and noticed my new email was never connected even after switching it. So now, my old email doesn't work nor does my new email and support only responded to one of my messages about any issue prior. I sen them my appsumo license for the tier I purchased reflecting my old email as well. Still no assistance with product and locked out of my account. besides these issues, this was a great tool to have.
