Can't help but appreciate both AppSumo and Illow for how they handled this situation and made sure that users aren't wronged, I received a full refund on my purchase and I have been proven wrong, hence updating the review from 1 star to 5 star.

So, first it was Oxolo, got the credits for it, so no harm no foul, but then QApop shutdown and lost some $110, and now Illow is shutting down and sadly I had gone for the tier 3 plan so another big loss for me. I mean imagine, you bought tier 3 so you can get policy pages implemented on 50 domains, and you've only used it on 1 domain so far.

The issue with We Got Your Back policy is that it covers only those purchases made within the last 12 months, whereas this tool was out of AppSumo around August last year, meaning even if you got this deal in August, you'd still not be covered by the We Got Your Back guarantee. Even if you are, you're getting only 50% of the credits as refund.

Bottomline is that I am not spending another dime on AppSumo. Lost my trust in the platform after getting scammed twice in quick succession. Wondering how many more to go since I do have a lot of tools in my LTD stack.
