Every inbox tool stops at capture and leaves you a folder of PDFs. Inbox Ledger reconciles against your bank statement and flags duplicate payments and silent vendor price hikes, so the deal usually pays for itself.

Built by a bank-software engineer tired of typing invoices

I spent seven years building software at one of the largest banks in my country — money movement, strict reviews,
systems that are not allowed to fail silently. Then I started building my own products and found that the least
automated part of running a small business is the paperwork about its own money. Invoices from SaaS vendors, hosting,
ads, shipping — all of it lands in email. Every month I dug them out by hand, renamed files, typed numbers, and hoped
the bank statement would agree.

Inbox Ledger is the tool I built so that loop closes itself. Connect a mailbox once, read-only. It finds every invoice
and receipt, extracts the fields with AI down to line items, and reconciles them against your bank statement — with
the reason for every match shown. Then it watches for the two things nobody has time to check: an invoice paid twice,
and a vendor that quietly raised its price.

It is bootstrapped and built solo, the way banking taught me to build: read-only access, CASA Tier 2 verified, and
every tier of this deal priced to stay sustainable — the burn math is published in the FAQ below. During the campaign
I am in the Questions tab every day.

What “Radar” means for this product

Learn more about AppSumo deals

Radar is home to early-stage products looking to gain traction. Here’s the lowdown of what these deals are and aren’t.

Where it is in its life

Radar products are at the start of their journey. They're fresh on the scene and building a customer base.

How we vouch for it

We've verified the basics and reviewed the listing for safety. Success isn't guaranteed — we haven't fully vetted every claim, feature, or result.

Code & security review

All AI skills are reviewed for security purposes. We do not review software code — partner owns security and what ships.

Refund policy

60-day refund on most deals. AI skills are non-refundable once redeemed.

Pricing

Prices are set by the founder. Simple as that.

Where you'll see it

The Radar section of our site exclusively. These products are in early discovery and not quite ready for the AppSumo limelight yet.

Radar is a discovery engine — because we aren’t vetting these products, our We Got Your Back guarantee doesn’t apply. Should these products show traction, our team will work with theirs to get them ready for the main stage (and protected).
