Q: Do you support non-Western languages?
(Japanese, Chinese, Koerean). Will contact names display correctly when added in these languages?
Another question. I found it in one of the reviews on Capterra as follows:

It is very hard to make corrections. We generally do them by the rule of thumb and it is really a waste of time.
Furthermore, there is a saving problem, we often lose the recent changes and restart to make them again. Waste of time once again. <<<

Thanks for your quesitons, let me answer them all.
You can always use INBOX with non-Western languages. They're all working.
You can resize or crop images as you wish. When you click on the image you uploaded, you'll see this option at the right of the page.
About attachments, with INBOXBrush you can generate a link for your attachments and you can insert this link to a word or a button. When people click on this link, a new tab will open and they see it.
There's no problem with fonts or types or numbering. You can give it a try and see.
Finally, you can always save or duplicate your works in INBOX.

I bought the deal. I like it so far. However, could you please speed up your website loading? Maybe CDN? In Japan where fiber optic is a norm and very advanced, it loads very slow.
I found Newsletter but cannot find Autoresponder set up? Do you have one? I may be missing something.
Can I add another user or do I need another account?
I will be contacting support very soon. One of the emails to activate does not arrive at all. No idea what's the problem. Two others came through immediately, though first ended up in SPAM.
