Q: Shopify Integration
Hi,
can you clarify (on the site there are no instructions or references) on how the shopify integration works? Is there a 2 way sync? Can we automate? How to connect?
7.5 users for an ecomm is quite short, so trying to understand if it can be a good fit or not.
Do you have also lead capture forms we can integrate/use?

The Shopify integration works through a Shopify Custom App. You create the app in Shopify, which provides the API credentials, then enter those credentials in the Shopify section of INBOX to connect your store. Once connected, Shopify customer and e-commerce data can be synced into INBOX and used for segmentation, email campaigns, and automations.
