Q: This appears to have something like 4.
8/5 tacos across 300+ reviews... pretty darn impressive!
BUT:
In scanning the reviews, it appears to have been at least 5-6 weeks since the last 5-taco rating and the overwhelming majority since then have skewed to the lower-end of the 1-3 range.
I realize I'm looking at a small(ish) recent sample, but I can't help but wonder why there's such an apparent disconnect between the posted overall rating relative to several recent users' experiences.
To the Creators, have you been experiencing any known hiccups recently that explain the sudden and rather significant change in sentiment? What's your perspective on what might be behind this? By any chance were you incentivizing 5-taco reviews at any point? I'm not here to pass judgment, I just don't "get" what's happened recently... or, alternatively, how so many 5/5's were received in the first place if it's been the same offer all along. Have the inclusions or price changed at all?
Was about to buy... then was ready to move on... but figured it's only fair to give you an opportunity to respond first. :)
Look forward to your feedback,
-D.

May 15, 2024A: Hello,
I wanted to address the recent decrease in positive reviews regarding our offer. It appears that there might have been some confusion among Sumolings regarding the terms of the 3000 Cold Email Credits and the Unlimited Sendings feature.
To clarify, the 3000 credits are a one-time gift and not a recurring feature. They are meant to provide you with an initial boost for our Cold Email System. Additionally, the Unlimited Sendings feature applies to our main product, INBOX, which is designed for bulk email marketing. Please note that our Cold Email System does have certain sending limits in place.
I hope this clears up any misunderstandings and provides a better understanding of the features included in our offer. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@useinbox.com.
Best regards,
Behlül
