My 3-Tier account I bought here got deleted without notice
I bought 3 Tier license in 2021, activated them, logged in for a while, and decided to wait out until they fix all bugs. Now I have the need to use this, logged in and didn't work, got 500 error, emailed support. This is what I got:
"Accounts that have not been used for a long time are deleted from the system. For this reason, your account has been deleted."
Has anyone else got their account randomly deleted (without any notice) just because they haven't logged in?
Plenty of feedback on here, back then, asked for other currencies than USD and TKY... and yet, 3 years later, there's still no option for EUR or anything else.
Plus the platform is as clunky and buggy as always. This is nothing but a money grab. Caveat emptor!
Inbox was one of my early investments when I joined Appsumo a few years ago. However, I did not get to use it until yesterday because I needed to launch a newsletter campaign.
I left it on the "shelf" partly because of some of the reviews I had read, and this led me to jump on one of the "big names" software that offers similar services. After wasting hours trying to set up the campaign, then I remembered Inbox. I logged in, successfully created a newsletter using one of the templates and managed to send it out within an hour. I also got a report later about the click and open rates.
My advice to the developers is to create more updated how-to videos, as I found much of the needed information that resolved my initial struggles from their online written documents.
Inbox promises a lot of features that can't deliver in a straight forward way.
I bough it for connecting my blog to a RSS service for my articles.
Setting RSS send was a mayhem, and I couldn't get it done.
It looks like a patch work of apps that are connected barely to a hub that is called Inbox.
The configuration also need great improvement, for example in the RSS feed I get two "Continue reading" in the text that are sent. Besides that the RSS comes text with no formatting at all. Every thing in a chunk of text that I can't configure it. And is hard to read.
The forms, there is not much room for customisation in the thank you message, specially if you don't have the languages that they provide.
To end some of them sometimes crash or I get the 404 Error when clicking in certain options.
Unfortunately I waited too long to ask for a refund, a word of caution to myself in the future.

Useless. No active development since 2022. Buggy, slow.
Sorry, but Inbox hasn't seen any changes since 2022. My dashboard even states "INBOX © 2022v1.0.155".

Better user experience than some big names
