3-4 weeks of testing and using Useinbox so here we go:

Email marketing is a very sensitive business. You wouldn’t want to use a newbie in the business because they could eff you up if things go south and your email domain gets marked spam or something. What I noticed the last 3-4 weeks (I never heard of Useinbox before) is that Useinbox is a mature email marketing tool and can handle I believe most businesses’ use cases. The Useinbox platform allows corporate owners to maintain all their Email Marketing, Automation, Analytics, and Third-Party Integrations. Also nice to have is that you can manage multiple brands from a single account, especially for someone like me who doesn’t want to pay extra for each of the brands that I handle.

I'm not a software expert by any measure. So it is important that I don’t get lost while using it. Useinbox has a fairly very simple UI for me to use. There are step-by-step processes to create a newsletter or landing pages and an adequate level of templates. Although we switched because of price compared to Chimpanzee, the functionality I believe can be achieved just the same with Useinbox. I don’t see why I would be paying for Chimpanzee anytime soon tbh.
