I thought I'd found an email tracker that was reliable so bought 2 codes on Appsumo, with account limits: of 6 users ....... when I realised it was only actually tracking for 1 user/email account i raised a ticket to ask why is did not work for the second email ...... and support was very nice , if a bit slow but eventually the answer from them was ...
The email tracking feature only works for the first user!!
WTH??! Its sold with 6 users though, I feel scammed! Very disappointing
It's a really good product that lets you track emails, set templates, create sequences and more. I've been using it daily for over a year now and it's been useful.
I wanted to show support by leaving this review. I think this is an underrated product!
No tiren su dinero, esta app ofrecio algo que hoy no esta cumpliendo, en mi caso la compra fue principalmente por sus metricas, hoy ya no tiene esta opcion y la mayoria de lo que ofrece lo podemos encontrar en gmail y otras app gratuitas.
Hello Sumolings, i'm so lucky that i came across this tool, its a great addition to my arsenal! I purchased all 3 Tiers, cant wait to see any new updates. I'm Still having an issue claiming and adding all of my codes to my account but other than that, Support has been fast and responsive which is great! Thank you can't wait to solve the code issue and use this for my business!
