NirmantixQ: Any update on native Polar Payment & WordPress integration?
Indiekit offers many payment gateway integrations, but I’m surprised it doesn’t include Polar, given its focus on indie developers.
Polar is very popular among indie devs (and Creem payment gateway too, a bit too). I remember your response in Feb 2026 saying you would add Polar soon, but I don’t see it added yet. Any update on that?
I’m also surprised there have been no updates to the changelog since February: https://indiekit.pro/changelog. Updates are usually faster during AppSumo launches. Is there a reason for the delay, or have you been releasing updates without updating the changelog? If so, please update it.
I’m glad to see many great features on the roadmap: https://indiekit.pro/roadmap. I’m especially looking forward to WordPress integration. Any ETA or plans?

First, regarding the silence and the changelog: I have absolutely been working on the codebase behind the scenes. However, I recently dealt with an unexpected local infrastructure outage that required me to temporarily relocate my workspace. This slowed down my public-facing updates and changelog entries. I wanted to keep my head down and get back to work rather than making excuses, but rest assured, I am fully settled back in and the public updates are resuming!
To answer your specific questions:
* Polar Integration: You are 100% right that Polar is an fantastic MoR option for indie devs. I am prioritizing the Polar integration right now, and my firm ETA to have it shipped is April 20.
* WordPress Integration: This is still very much on the roadmap! My immediate focus is clearing this payment gateway backlog (like Polar), and once that is shipped, I will outline a firmer timeline for WordPress.
