Q: I have doubts
Sorry Marie, but there’s something here I completely don’t understand. You claim that your product has hardly required any major updates or development for almost 5 years because it’s so good and stable. On the other hand, however, such a basic functionality as time zone changes hasn’t been improved in those 5 years. Do you have any communication channel with users where we can get to know their real opinions based on using your program?
At first, I almost immediately wanted to purchase Tier 3. However, I have serious doubts about the product’s stability and the direction of its development. Even the new Roadmap doesn’t look credible – just one feature being developed and many items on the Roadmap were added in a rush yesterday.
What can you offer to encourage new users to purchase your product?

Feb 21, 2025A: Hi there, we're not trying to be deceptive at all. The software had significant updates up until about 2 years ago, and has had smaller updates since then. You're welcome to join the Facebook group and ask the members what their thoughts are on the software. The vast majority are incredibly happy with it (there's always a few that grumble about everything if you look hard enough). And, the team has changed significantly over the last few years, and the person who was looking after that old roadmap has been gone for almost 4 years now, so when I was made aware there was a dead link in the AppSumo listing, I created a new trello board and provided the most up-to-date info we have.
