Q: The website is flagged for Trojan. When will it be cleaned up?
Hi,
I cannot access the InfluencerSoft website because it's blocked for the following reason: ScrInject.B trojan
Even though I purchased the software on an Appsumo deal I am not using it because of this. Any info on when this will be looked at and cleaned up?

Sep 5, 2024A: That would be some kind of problem with your security software being overly aggressive. We don't have anyone else reporting issues. I recommend asking your security provider why they are flagging legitimate companies and have them check us out. No viruses here - not even a sniffle of a cold!

I would have your website dev have a thorough check on the homepage. That is what is flagged and blocked with ESET Antivirus and firewall (currently ranked top 4 in safety for 2024) and also is flagged by my organization's IT department (one of the big 4 global marketing agencies) and the page is being blocked. To be clear, the direct login page seems to work and isn't flagged.

I am also having trouble logging in although this has never been an issue in the past and I don't think it is down to InfluencerSoft. For some reason, i am not receiving the email that is required to access my account. I have turned off spam filters on norton but the email from InfluencerSoft is still not coming through.
