I was hoping to find a new marketing platform so I could get away from a certain other funnel building software's monthly fees, but InfluencerSoft isn't it.
This just isn't ready for primetime. I've wasted way too much time trying to figure stuff out. The help pages are hit-and-miss, but mostly miss. And the same goes for whether a feature you want will work reliably and predictably.
A perfect example: I was trying to add a countdown timer to a sales page. I set up the timer following the instructions in Help, but when I view the page, the timer is blank.
So, I added a new timer page using one of the pre-built Countdown templates just so I could look at their settings and see if I'd missed something. When I tried to view the new page, however, I got the rather cryptic error "that name is not allowed". That's it. I tried changing the page name to see if that was the mystery name referred to, but it wasn't. So, I don't know what name the system doesn't like, and I can't test the page until I figure it out.
That's just one of dozens of similar frustrations I've dealt with.
Initially, I just put it down to learning a new platform, but there comes a point where it's no longer you and it really is the system.
And bear in mind, I'm no technophobe. I'm a former IT consultant and I've built my own websites and funnels for almost ten years.
I need a system I can trust to run my business on, and to be frank, I don't trust that things in Influencersoft will work as they're supposed to.
