I've enjoyed using the tool and its simplicity. Being a visual learner, I can map out the entire customer journey. I tend to stop using a product when I get stuck and can't seem to find the answer or workaround. The support at InfluencerSoft has been super helpful on their Q&A calls, and they provide many resources to keep you moving forward. Worth the investment compared to other platforms still in the launch phase on putting multiple apps that work together under one roof.
