I need BYOK so Im always be able to use the latest and greatest models. Id also like to be able to have a great fiction-guided writing system like from Novelcrafter, if possible. Are these things that you could roadmap or are already on your roadmap? Thanks in advance!

A: Hi! Straight answer on BYOK: it isn't planned. We already run the top commercial models for you with all costs included, and we keep upgrading them over time, so you're always on the latest without managing API keys or paying usage fees. BYOK mainly exists to work around tools that lock you to one weaker model, which isn't the case here.
I work in the Ai Dev space & I'll say that theres plenty of good reasons for BYOK, including writing & developing without limits & could also help with your sustainability; but if that is your stance then no problem. You did ignore my other part of the question though: Can you add a roadmap item to create a fiction-guided writing system like from Novelcrafter? Story arc & character development etc
No problem, BYOK is something we won't be adding for now, it goes against the all-inclusive model that's core to how we run. If your own key is a dealbreaker, we're not the right fit and that's totally fine.
On fiction: there's a story bible today for character and plot consistency across a book and series, and deeper story-arc/character development is on the roadmap (inkfluenceai.com/roadmap).
I'm less interested in one-click generating book fluff and more interested in an environment with a nice text editor and "ai assisted writing" and "ai editing + ai suggestions + grammar suggestions" while having more control over the writing process. I'd be more interested in being able to highlight a section of a chapter or even a single sentence and chat with the ai about improving it. Or start...
