How many credits are included in Tier3, what do they do (how many of what can we generate with the credits included in Tier 3?)

Credits are going to potentially be a part of your recurrent funding, but there is a limited amount of clarity as to when a user on Tier 3 would require to get credit packs and under what circumstances. I noted your response that you don't like to paywall features, would like some more credit clarity before I pull the pin on Tier 3.
